We offer group and individual coaching, which utilises the CrossFit methodology. CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running and gymnastics. These exercises are executed at high intensity.

Due to strength or injury a particular exercise may not be immediately possible but in every case we can find a way to ‘scale’ the exercise to reduce the load or movement so that the exercise can still be undertaken.

At TandEm we aim to improve your fitness in ten recognized fitness domains including cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. The result is comprehensive physical fitness and restored vitality.

With our constantly varied program it also means that you will never get bored, all sessions are undertaken within an hour. You will never have to program your own workouts or spend hours in the gym again! All classes are coached and you are guided through the workout in small groups.

One on one sessions can also be undertaken with a coach if you prefer to train this way or if you would like to focus on improving a particular movement or aspect of your training.
