About an hour. Each class includes a warm-up, mobility, a strength or skill component, and the daily WOD (Workout of the Day).
How many times a week should I train?

Most members train three to five times a week, but we'll help you find a rhythm that suits your goals and lifestyle. When you're starting out, consistency matters more than intensity.

Comfortable athletic clothing you can move in, supportive trainers, and a water bottle. Arrive about 10 minutes early for your first session so you can meet your coach.
I have an old injury or health condition, can I still do CrossFit?

Yes. Let your coach know and we'll scale or modify movements to work around it safely. If you're unsure, check with your doctor before you start.
