Training Program Crossfit

Everything in life worth having, or that’s important to you at least, takes planning. If you have an appointment or an event coming up, you make sure that you work the rest of your life around it. Now, if you’ve ever gone to a traditional gym, you’ll know that if you don’t have a scheduled class, it can be a bit of a waiting game. Depending on capacity, you could be waiting for a machine and because of prior engagements, you may even have to decrease your workout time.

One way to ensure that you get a rewarding workout every day is to join our community here at TandEm CrossFit. Our high-intensity workouts will have you pushing yourself and sweating it out in no time. In addition, our classes run for no longer than an hour. This means that you can easily plan your life around your training.

Don’t let that short length of time worry you though. We guarantee that our coaches will make sure that your body gets a comprehensive workout that will put you well on your way to reaching your fitness goals.

Being a part of our CrossFit daily training program means that you’ll be a part of our TandEm family. You’ll be sweating alongside other members who will be motivating and encouraging you as much as the coaches will. However, nice as our members may be, they will still have their eye on the clock and in the spirit of competition, will be looking to beat your time.

We also offer one-on-one sessions with our professional coaches if you’d like to work on a specific area or need some assistance with some of the techniques.

Whether you’re hoping for a CrossFit weight training program or an overall body workout, our coaches and expert programming will have you covered. The only thing you need to do is have a look at our CrossFit gym calendar and find a slot to book in for.

While you’re looking for an opening, you may have noticed that most of our classes seem to be called Workout of the Day (WOD). We’re not doing this to confuse you, don’t worry. These are our signature workouts and the reason they’re not specifically called ‘weight-lifting’ or ‘gymnastics’ is that they’re a combination of a range of activities and exercises.

Even though we have a WOD every day, you can rest assured that each one will be different. Because we draw on so many different kinds of exercises and combinations of those exercises, we have the unique ability to vary the training programme every day. This way, you’ll never be bored and will always be looking forward to the next WOD.

However, we won’t leave you completely in the dark. The WOD will be shown from 1am on the morning of that specific day, you can then book your CrossFit WOD on the calendar. In that spirit of competition, we also have a daily WOD log for our members that are performing the best.
