Your CrossFit journey with us doesn't begin with a brutal workout — it begins with a conversation. Every new member starts with a free fitness consultation, where we get to know your goals, your history, and anything we need to work around. From there, new members move into our Fundamentals program: three one-hour sessions that teach you the basics safely before you join a group class.
Wear comfortable athletic clothing you can move in, bring a water bottle, and arrive ten minutes early so you can meet your coach.
